Q: I'm trying to Open a Shared Calendar in Outlook but I'm getting an error.

A: If the error says "the user does not have a server mailbox" or "Unable to display the folder. MAPI_E_NO_SUPPORT", click on Name... and then find the person in the Global Address List. Names from your personal address book may not always work. If the person does not appear in the Global Address List then they do not have an Exchange calendar.

A: If the error says "Unable to display the folder. The Calendar folder could not be found" then the person you are trying to add has not given you delegation rights. Contact them to confirm that they have given you at least Reviewer privelages and try again.
